One of my favorite things to do is to walk with my wife on a beach. Something about the sound of the waves, the wind and the distant sea gulls calms the soul, and gives us a world to ourselves. Even with others around, it is just Bonnie and me - together. This particular night we were staying right on the beach and the largest full moon in ten years was rising over the ocean. We went for a late night walk in the wet sand and had a glorious time. I wanted to capture this moment with the distant carnival atmosphere to remind me that what I really want is right beside me, not “over there” where the “action” is. She is my companion and soul mate - the one I want to be with. Grab the hand of the one you love and spend a little time under your own Romantic Moon.
