Returns Policy

Please call Rick Mullen, owner of Ashley's Art Gallery if you have questions about making a purchase, (919)552-7533 phone lines open 9am - 8pm EST seven days a week or email us through our contact page. Due to the sensitive nature of the artwork, some items may not be returnable. This protects our customers, they know only professionals have handled their art purchases. For a small fee, we will be glad to transport the art to your home, so that you can see it in your home before you make the purchase.

You may return incorrect items, items damaged in shipping or defective items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Just communicate with us promptly. Please save the shipping box if it is damaged for UPS to inspect it. We'll also pay the return shipping costs  (if you received an incorrect item, the item was damaged in shipping or defective item).

You should expect to receive complete refund within 1 day to 1.5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period may include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the continental USA. Special arrangements may need to be made with us for shipping framed art.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Ashley's Art Gallery does not share, sell, lease, or rent personally identifiable customer information to anyone.

At this time, credit card transactions are processed by the very secure Big Commerce website through No online purchases or financial transactions are completed on Even though is very secure.

Big Commerce data center facilities have been inspected and passed the on-site assessment for PCI DSS compliance.

Use of Cookies

Terms and conditions

All items purchased online at must be paid for by credit card before we ship them. If you prefer, you may call us with your credit card information instead of using our shopping cart.

We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
If for some reason we cannot completely fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order. Then if you decide to cancel, we will immediately process your complete refund with Secure Net, our credit card processing company. It may take a few days for your account to be reimbursed.
